The flight from Seattle to DC was amazingly easy, and I had a whole row of seats (3) all to myself! For those who fly to DC on Alaska airlines, if you want to see the monuments and capitol as you approach for landing, book seats on the left (driver's) side of the airplane. All I got to see was the pentagon - but that was proof that it really has 5 sides!
The apartment is really nice - and air conditioned, thank goodness.
Tomorrow is the first day of training. From here on out I think I am going to be pretty busy!
